Does Chartbeat count members of our editorial team as concurrent visitors on our website, and can we prevent tracking staff users on our website with an IP address filter?
Answer:
We do not currently support the ability to filter out traffic from your company network in order to exclude these users from your audience numbers in Chartbeat. By default, our tracking snippet will track any user to your website as a concurrent in your Real-time Dashboard. If this is an important feature to your team (excluding users on your corporate network from your Chartbeat reports), let us know by emailing feedback@chartbeat.com with details about your organization.
