Note: We need at least two whole weeks of data to generate an impact report. You can expect to receive an impact report two weeks after implementing the recommendations on your site.
Main Metrics
Click Through Rate: Total clicks divided by the number of times the recommendation was viewed
Avg. Engaged Time: Total Engaged Minutes divided by Pageviews
Internal Pageviews: Internal pageviews refer to the number of times readers navigate to or view different pages within your site while staying within that same website during a singular session
Rec PVs: Pageviews from links recommended by the Recommendation Engine
Page View Insights
The Page View Insights section shows you the total pageviews from the Recommendation Engine and features two bar graphs.
The Comparisons by Device bar graph compares all internal pagivews on your site to the pageviews recommended by the Recommendation Engine by device type. This allows you to see the percentage of all your internal pageviews coming from the Recommendation Engine and how it varies by device.
The Comparisons by Visitor Type bar graph compares all internal pagivews on your site to the pageviews recommended by the Recommendation Engine by visitor type. This allows you to see the percentage of all your internal pageviews coming from the Recommendation Engine and how it varies by visitor type.
Top 10 Articles
The Impact Report provides the top 10 articles from the Recommendation Engine that drove the highest pageviews over the previous week.
Top 5 Sections
The Impact Report also provides a list of the top 5 sections on the Recommendation Engine that drove the highest pageviews over the previous week.
