Only organization owners and Admin users can create Author Teams.
Create an Author Team via Settings
- Hover over your avatar in the top right corner.
- Click Settings in the menu.
- Select Author Teams in the Admin menu on the left, then click the Add Team button.
- Choose the site for the team you’d like to create.
- Enter the team name.
- Start adding the author names that are part of the team. (Select up to 100 authors to be part of the team.)
- Click Create Team.
Create Author Team via Historical Dashboard
- Click the Author and Teams dropdown.
- Click “Create a Team.”
- Choose the site for the team you’d like to create.
